Oil Industry | Bakersfield Photographer

I began taking photography more seriously when I became the on-site photographer for the company I work for.  One of the fun parts of being the on-site photographer is that I occasionally get to go on location for photo shoots.  I was asked to take some photos for our company magazine, which led me to a pipe company on Rosedale.  Who would have known that oil pipes have stories? Some of the oil pipes were used in the Alaska pipeline and some in the Texas pipeline.  These pipes were sent to Bakersfield to be cleaned.  See the images below.
